“By grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God” – Ephesians 2:8. By faith, we believed that He would provide funds for the orphans and widows. By faith, we believed that He would restore broken relationships. By faith, we believed that He would send a new crew to man the ship for His kingdom. By faith, we believed that He would connect His children in ways that we could never imagine. By faith, we believed that He would deliver many from bondage through intercessory prayer each week. By faith, we believed that He would provide an office in northeast Portland where Women of Purpose, Int’l could be a light and demonstrate the love of Christ. Faith is truly a gift of God – there for us if we want it, desire it and long for it.
Let us be people who will pray and not faint. Even though the world is in great turmoil, do not become distracted from God’s call upon His people. We must not be overtaken by bad news (Psalm 112:6). In spite of how desperate the situations are in the world, especially in this nation, God’s promises will stand. Remember how desperate the situations were in Jerusalem when Nehemiah received the news about the afflictions of God’s people and the broken conditions in Jerusalem? He first acknowledged that he was part of the problem (Nehemiah 1:6-7). He also acknowledged that he was afraid (Nehemiah 2:2) to go to Jerusalem and rebuild it. He overcame his guilt and fear and acknowledged God as the Lord of heaven, the great and awesome God who preserves His covenant and loving kindness for those who love Him and keep His commandments (Nehemiah 1:5).

However, Prophetess Gloria has been moving in the Directorship of Mentoring with the ministry, while continuing to teach, preach and use the many gifts that God has given her to move Women of Purpose, International forward in partnership with the Founder.
This is the year when the choice must be made by each believer in Jesus Christ - will our hearts be connected to God or man? God’s heart’s desire is that we fully trust Him so that we are not deceived by what we see in the world. There is a Kingdom culture that supersedes any other culture.
